Brand Messaging - Screens, Streets and Stores

How do you keep a brand voice consistent - from a social ad to a street pole?
The Challenge

A new product wanting to become a brand. And a well-known brand looking to educate - without being ignored. Both needed brand communication that could flex across formats.

The Approach

At Appli, a platform simplifying college applications for 12th graders, I set up the brand personality and tone of voice, which I then brought to life with campaign launch ideas and a social strategy to engage target audiences effectively.

We revamped key website sections to enhance user experience and clarity, developed launch event assets, and created targeted CRM communications to nurture leads. Additionally, we optimised Play Store content, along with high-converting Google and Meta ad creatives. To complement our digital efforts, we created offline marketing assets, ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels.

At Livspace, I worked on in-store wall posters for their Experience Centres - messaging that was fun, cheeky and meant to inform walk-in customers of the brand RTBs.

The Impact

Appli achieved over 100K downloads within just three months, positioning it as a trusted, expert guide for students embarking on their college journey.
