Lifecycle & Rentention Campaigns

Retention journeys that moved users from first touch to repeat behaviour.
The Challenge

Most brands want retention. Writing for it? Is a different ball game. The challenge was to build lifecycle communications that do more than just inform - make users act, return and stay.

The Approach

For Cleartrip, I designed onboarding and retention communication journeys tailored to user personas based on in-app behaviour. From welcome nudges to D0/D7 inaction flows, to sale campaigns - across push, Whatsapp, email and RCS - every touch point was designed to inform, engage and influence.

For Livspace, I created onboarding emailers for Livpreneurs, distilling program value into motivating copy.

For Curefit, the brief was growth: I designed upsell and cross-sell content - habit-forming nudges and cross-category pitches.

The Impact

CRM’s contribution to GMV increased by 5% in less than a year for Cleartrip. 2X increase in sign-ups in 6 months for Livspace.
