Driving adoption and retention for Flipkart’s loyalty currency integration on Cleartrip.
The Challenge

Lakhs of users across Flipkart, Myntra, and Cleartrip were sitting on unspent SuperCoins. How do you drive product awareness and get users to redeem their SuperCoins for travel discounts?

The Approach

The key was to create an effective positioning. I built the end-to-end strategy: from user personas and messaging to content strategy, UX copy, and lifecycle campaigns. This included on-app nudges, and journeys via Whatsapp, push and emails — mapped across the entire purchase journey, from app open to booking confirmation.

The Impact

The launch led to an 8% increase in feature adoption, and built the foundation for a repeatable, scalable system across loyalty cohorts.
